Answers for common questions many students have.

Q: I am concerned about my computer skills, I need hands on training.....

A: A valid concern, however if you can send email, are able to save your pictures to your computer, can create a MS word document, you can learn eBay with The Basics of Selling on eBay class.  You have my support for 90 days after the class via telephone and email.  The workbook has the information you need.

Q:  I want to start an eBay Store.

A:  I offer a one day eBay Selling and Store Class.  Fixed price selling is
the trend in the market place today.  eBay offers many store solutions for your niche.

Q: I use a Mac???

A: While eBay is PC based, there are several programs that help the "Mac" user sell on eBay

Q:  I am Concerned about the RECENT Changes  on eBay:

A:  There are many RECENT site changes that will keep SELLERS Competive and current with excellent ethical business practices.   My "Basics of Selling on eBay " class has always included these princples.  Take a class, stay current, be competitive and compliant with new policies.

Q: Can I learn eBay without a class?

A: Yes, eBay has many tools available for self learning, however my one day class will give you the confidence to start Selling like a "pro", receive payment with security and ship worldwide.  You will benefit from my years of success and mistakes in retail selling, 10 years of eBay selling and my eBay Education Specialist training.  The class will take the intimidation factor of selling on-line away.

Q:  Shipping seems like a mystery,  How can I learn shipping costs?

A: The Postal site, www.usps.com  offers an easy way to calculate shipping costs.  I use my Florida zip code and SanJose California, 95125 to get a 50 state shipping costs via the USPS.  I like Priority Mail.  International shipping is covered and easy.

My class includes easy to understand shipping information

Q: I have seen newpaper advertisements for a "FREE" 2 hour seminar to learn eBay.  Is this a good class?
As I suggest an internet  search for the company holding the "FREE" seminar.  Many of these type of classes require you to sign up for expensive monthly services that are of questionable value.  Most of these classes do not include eBay training or have an eBay trained instructor.

Q: How will a "BASIC" class help me?...I have used eBay as a buyer and sold a few items?
A: You will learn about .the Auction Site....fixed price or Buy-It-Now, an eBay Store and your Website.  How to use the tools eBay has for success. The class is for beginning and experienced eBayers.
